Junior Registration and Membership Fees
Registration for the 2026 Season
We currently have multiple teams registered in the U9, U11, U13 and U15 Berkshire Youth Cricket League ("BYCL"), as well as some Oxfordshire Youth Cricket Competitions. We will also be running Summer training sessions for U7s. For 2026 we will also ensure we run an U17 team in the Berkshire League.
We also a team in the Berkshire County Cup for the U13 and U15 age groups.
Girls also have the opportunity to play girls only hardball cricket for Thames Fusion, at no extra cost.
Your child will generally participate in the team/squad determined by their age at 1st September prior to the start of the season:
- U7s - school years 1 & 2
- U9s - school years 3 & 4
- U11s - school years 5 & 6
- U13s - school years 7 & 8
- U15s - school years 9 & 10
You will need to register before attending any of the following sessions:
- Summer outdoor training sessions for U7s
- Winter indoor training for mixed teams - U9s, U11s, U13s and U15s.
- Summer outdoor training and Berkshire and Oxfordshire Youth Cricket League and friendly matches for U9s, U11s, U13s, U15s and U17's.
This year the mixed U7s summer outdoor training is held on a Friday evening, inline with our junior training evening at our home ground in Sonning. For our mixed teams (U9s and above), winter indoor training this year will be held on Sundays at Forest School and summer outdoor training is held on Friday evenings as King George's Field/Blue Coat School, Sonning.
We play our matches at a number of venues in and around Sonning - click here for directions to our venues. Match days and times will vary and will depend upon availability of away teams, weather conditions and ground availability. However, for our mixed teams, we will endeavour to arrange our home games as follows:
- U9s Sunday mornings/Wednesday evenings
- U11s Sunday mornings/Thursday evenings
- U13s Sunday mornings/Tuesdays evenings
- U15s Sunday mornings/Wednesday evenings
Please ensure your child is registered/re-registered before they attend their first session as we must have up-to-date essential contact and medical details available.
Registration
Existing members can register for the 2026 season from the members' area. Please login using your existing username and password. If you have forgotten your password, you can reset it from the login page.
Confirming Details
Please check that the personal details we hold for you and your junior players are up to date. For each junior player, please select 'Confirm Details for 2026', review the essential contact/medical information we hold and 'sign' the form before saving.
Paying Subscription Fees
After confirming details, please select 'Pay Subs for 2026' for each junior player to make a secure online payment for the 2026 season. Payment can be made by debit/credit card.
Once details for the junior players have been confirmed, and subs paid, a button to join the appropriate WhatsApp group for the 2026 season will be displayed alongside each junior player.

Membership Fees
Friday evening training sessions for U7s cost £80 for the entire season.
Membership and coaching fees for U9 – U15 mixed for 2025 season will be £165. This fee includes weekly training session as well as match fees. This price is mid-range with other clubs of similar stature, commitment to high quality coaching and facilities, bearing in mind that we do not charge extra for indoor training or match fees.
Membership fees for U17-U18, players in these age groups have the option to play for our senior sides for the reduced subscription cost of £75, plus relevant match fees.
Membership also gives you free access to our enclosed nets at King George's Field. In order to use this facility you will need to book a lane (log in to the website then under Members drop down choose Net Bookings). Terms & Conditions for using the nets are set out on the bookings page, but please note that all U18s must be supervised by an adult at all times.
