Winter (Indoor) Training

When

Weekly indoor training varies each year - usually starts after 7pm. The venue can vary and all details are provided prior to the winter sessions starting.

Cost

There is a cost for Winter training but this varies however, you will be informed prior to training

What to wear

We advise you to wear trainers or cricket moulds. You can train in anything you feel comfortable in - we always advise layers as some venues can get warm. Bring your cricket gear with you (bat, pads, helmet, gloves etc)

Outdoor (Season)Training

When

King Georges Field, Sonning Cricket Club - Tuesdays 6pm to 8pm - light permitting.

Where

King George's Field, Pound Lane, Sonning RG4 6XE.

Approaching from the A4 turn into Pound Lane at the Woodley/Sonning roundabout towards Sonning village. After approximately 250 yards you will reach a zebra crossing – turn left immediately after this crossing, into Ligugé Way. The car park for King George’s field is immediately on the right.

Cost

Outdoor training is included within annual membership fees.

What to wear

We advise you to wear cricket moulds or spikes for ground work however, moulds or trainers for the nets. You can train in anything you feel comfortable in - we always advise layers as we cannot guarantee the weather. Bring your cricket gear with you (bat, pads, helmet, gloves etc)
