If you have forgotten your password, you will need to reset it. If you are unsure of your email address or username, please email [email protected].
From the Log In screen select 'Reset your password'.
A Reset Password page will be displayed.
Please enter your email or username and press the 'Reset Password' button. You will be sent a token by email/SMS which will allow you to reset your password.
Enter the token, if not already populated, and press the 'Submit' button.
A Reset Password screen is display which will allow you to choose a new password. Enter your new password (twice) and press the 'Reset Password' button.
You will receive confirmation that your password has been reset and will be prompted to Log In.
