Eagles Fall Short as Frecknall's Masterclass Carries Royal Ascot to Victory

Sonning U9 Eagles won the toss and chose to bat first at King George's Field in this U9 Super 8s – East league fixture, but were unable to post a competitive total as Royal Ascot's bowlers applied consistent pressure throughout the 20-over innings.

The Eagles struggled to build momentum with the bat, managing just 37 runs from the blade as extras contributed a remarkable 51 to their total of 88.
