Shinfield leap-frogged to the top of the Division One table after a superb 66-run demolition of Sonning 2nds.
Ilyas Ahmed blasted a brillient 103 and with Keith Getgood (45) lending useful support Shinfield amassed an impressive 252-8 in their innings.
Shaheed (54) led Sonning's reply but they finished well short of their target after being bowled out for 186.
Zaheer Ahmed (3-29) and Ilyas Ahmed (3-34) were the pick of the Shinfield attack as they collected 35 points and climed to the top of the section.
