Match Report
A really tight game against a sporting opposition saw the game go to the last ball of the day in the glorious surrounds of Pangbourne College. The wicket played well and getting people out was a challenge. Isaac bowled superbly, taking 4 of the 5 opposition wickets to fall as we restricted them to 177 from 35 overs. We started briskly, then lost 3 quick wickets before picking up the pace and looking like we would win comfortably with 5 overs to go. Sadly, we lost momentum after Ed was dismissed and despite some lusty blows from the Wilt, we fell just 2 runs short of victory with 2 wickets in hand.
