Andrew is a former New Zealand First Class cricketer who has also played and coached club cricket in South Africa, The Netherlands, England and Australia. He is a genuine all-rounder, who is a right handed pace bowler and right handed bat. Andrew is a highly qualified coach and comes with a UK Level 3 Coaching Qualification. He has seen tremendous success coaching with the Darren Lehmann Cricket Academy in Australia, as well as more recently with Berkshire Ladies. He is an extremely knowledgable and energetic coach who provides key skill development for all age ranges, coaches tactical and game awareness and is motivated to enhance every single player's game. More importantly he takes players on a journey explaining and teaching each aspect of the game, ensuring juniors understand the "why" as well as the "how".
